A re-circumcision or correction? 

For a re-circumcision the steps regarding the preparations and aftercare are similar to those described in the information about Child/ Adult circumcision. However, in case of a correction, the doctor will discuss what can be corrected and what the expectations are of the correction. Sometimes the doctor can advise to postpone the correction if the wound has not yet healed properly or if there is too much swelling.
